Here are the packages with brief descriptions (if available):

DisplayGUI	ColorScaleManager - class to retrieve configuration information for display GUI
GuiComponents.scripting	A sub-package to hold all GUI-related scripting classes
Sct.IS	This package holds things that are of interest to all of SCT
TestGUI	A Test GUI to show that using IPC/IS/OH is possible from Java and what you can do with it! The GUI also has scripting support thanks to IBM's Bean Scripting Framework and histogram plotting capabilities thanks to JAIDA
