Search strategies for new physics at colliders

The phenomenological consequences of models of physics beyond the Standard Model, based on theoretical ideas such as string theory, supersymmetry, and extra space-time dimensions, are being investigated. In collaboration with the Cavendish team of ATLAS experimentalists, strategies for discovering these models (and distinguishing between them) at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) are being formulated.
