- DataDisplayer for viewing data
- SummaryExtractor for getting a TestResult summary
- ReAnalyser for re-analysis of disjointed data (e.g. after LV trip or abort)
- SctRodDaqVersion for checking the version of the software in use (binary distribution) or for checking the external packages built against.
- diffConfigs to see how your installed software configuration differs from that in the distributed/cvs version
- geometryDump allows the nice well-managed xml module configuration file to be mangled into a nasty flat-text file(!)
Some other programs are available in the MiniUtils directory, though not all are benign!
The following should NOT be called while the DAQ is running unless you are happy to live with the consequences!
- checkSCTConfig? validates the hardware configuration file pointed to by the environment variable SCTDAQ_ROD_CONFIGURATION_PATH
- LasersOff? does what it says on the tin
- ProbeCrate? should give the VME module contents of a crate
- ResetRod? does what it says on the tin
- $SCT_DAQ_ROOT/sctConf/powerDump reads the config file $SCTDAQ_ROD_CONFIGURATION_PATH and then generates text files for use by the PVSS MoPS project
