Testing RC4_3ish at CERN. Differences to "official RC3":
- new dsp code designed to fix problems experienced with Double Trigger Noise Test on January 6th.
- Revised SctGui
Problem 1) Run number has reset, run number 1024 has already been used. Set to 1500. Problem 2) this version of SctGui does not always pick up the calibration controller. Restarting SctGui corrects this.

- 1501-0 NMask OK
- 1501-1 Pipeline OK
- 1501-3 FullBypassTest OK
- 1501-4 Strobe Delay OK
- 1501-5 3PG (poor results, but completes OK)
- 1501-8 NO (poor results, but completes OK)
- 1501-9 DTN (poor results, but completes OK)
- 1501-10 STN completes OK, all modules PASS but have 1536 bad strips!
