Things to test at least before a release. Not all these things work yet, but it should be known what doesn't.

• All Characterization sequence tests, particularly Full Bypass Test.
• 16 bit and 32bit scans, with odd and even numbers of bins.
• "Full" scan (all 3 time bins)
• Auto Configure
• Synchronous Triggers (TIM)
• Redundancy chains
• Multiple RODs
• Modules in multple groups
• Dual triggers
• BOC scans
