Currently the BOC monitoring values are not read. They should be.

Idea: If the pin current at the BOC changes by "some" amount, then modify the RxThresholds? by "some proportional" amount to reduce the probability of errors.

PWP - Reading the BOC parameters (and writing them to COOL) is clearly something we should do. However a suggestion to use BOC pin current as an opto setup tool (actually from the pixele) was discussed some time ago and I think we had to drop it. For the Pixel BOC, the current for each channel is monitored. This is great because then you can use this, for example, as a direct tool to set the M/S ratio using the clk/2 signal. However on the SCT BOC all 12 pins have a common bias rail and current measurement. SO this only makes sense if one suppresses all input to 11 of the 12 channels, otherwise one is unable to associate a given channel with the rise in current. Sorry, but this idea ain't born to fly...
