Modules which were replaced
- LMT02 Z-4 20220380200044 has been replaced by 20220170200678
- chip S9 prone to error state at startup
- LMT04 Z-3 20220040200261 has been replaced by 20220170200652
- (different) counter errors, both datalinks
- LMT10 Z+6 20220170200610 was replaced by 20220170200660
- Chip S11 faulty
- LMT14 Z-3 20220170200172 was replaced by 20220170200375
- Chip S9 causes errors at SD test. Not cured by masking.
- LMT37 Z-4 20220170200195 has been replaced by 20220170200533
- chip S11 causes errors at 3PG and NO tests. 3PG errors can be cured by masking 12 channels, however NO errors cured only by masking the whole chip.
- LMT42 z-4 20220170200063 was replaced by 20220170200650
- link 1 L1 counter faulty
Known fibre breaks:
The modules at the following locations have been modified to read out both sides of the modules through the working link.- LMT 19 z-6 UK701 reading through Link 1
- LMT 21 z-6 UK637 reading through Link 1
- LMT 40 z+6 Japan183 reading through Link 0
Low output vcsels
- LMT09 Z+3 lk0
- OK with RX threshold of 50
- LMT28 Z+6 lk1
- OK with RX threshold 80
Modules which, at the time of testing, had high IPIN
These were corrected by reducing the TX current, however this was probably a function of the BOC used and may need to be revised during testing at CERN.- LMT45 Z+6
- LMT45 Z+4
- LMT45 Z+5
Channels that needed to be masked off for error free operation
- LMT04 Z-6 US176
- One channel needed to be masked off. (CHECK LOG FOR DETAILS)
- LMT30 Z-6 US367
- Channel 19 of chip E5 had to be masked off such that the SD test would complete without errors
Channels that should be masked off before running again
- LMT47 z+6 UK195 channel 812
Modules to be operated with SELECT 1
- LMT36 Z+6 JP690
- If operated in SELECT=0, several neighbouring modules exhibit severe slopes in their offset and noise occupancy results. SELECT=1 is recommended!
HV difficulties
- LMT06 Z+3
- exhibits microdischarge above 360V. With patience, can successfully be taken to 400V.
- LMT23 Z-5
- Slightly high: 910nA at 150V, 1210nA at 400V.
- LMT25 Z-5
- Slightly high: 590nA at 150V, 1090nA at 400V.
- LMT29 Z-5
- Slightly high: 630nA at 150V, 970nA at 400V.
DTN anomalies
- LMT 10 Z-4 lk1
- Shows "1100110011" pattern. Present only with SELECT=1. Not attenuated by reducing TX current.
- LMT 30 at Z+
- Two modules flagged
- 20220170200426

HOTSPOTS
- LMT26 Z+6 (+2C)
- LMT29 Z-2 (+2C)
- LMT37 Z-4 (+2C, both before and after replacement)
- LMT39 Z-1 20220040200146 (+2.3C)
- LMT41 Z-4 20220330200259 (+2.4C)
Other features
- 20220330200651
- M0 non uniform gain, cuases SD warning but OK
- 20220170200336
- S3 low gain, high noise, non linear RC - possible CAL DAC nonlinearity.
- Temperature senssor on Pipe #37 (LMT 38a) suspect behaviour. Was disabled from Interlock Matrix for runs at SR1
