Get CLHEP and ThePEG

To run Herwig++ you have to have CLHEP and ThePEG running. In case you haven't, you should download install them immediately (CLHEP>download CLHEP v1.8.0.0, download ThePEG v1.0alpha)). Furthermore you should use a recent GNU compiler (gcc 3.2 or higher should do). It's easiest to get this as a binary package from you Linux distribution. Otherwise you can download the source from the gcc page.

Get Herwig++

Having done this, get a current snapshop of the Herwig++ CVS repository from the (Herwig++ page ).
