The Cambridge Particle Physics Masterclass
One of a set of masterclasses organised by University High Energy Particle Physics Groups within the UK during March/April every year, as part of the Institute of Physics National Particle Physics Masterclass programme. More general information can be found here.
Held on Wednesday 20th & Thursday 21st March 2013
Bookings now closed.
This event is now fully booked! We are unable to take any further bookings for either date.
The High Energy Physics Group of the University of Cambridge Department of Physics regularly holds 1-day events to highlight some of the latest developments in Particle Physics research. These events are primarily intended for those students taking modules which include particle physics at 'A' or 'AS' level, but are also open to any physics student or teacher interested in studying or teaching the subject. The days are a mixture of short talks by research physicists and practical sessions. Our program will be announced nearer the time to remain topical.
Bookings will be confirmed as soon as possible but numbers from each
school may have to be limited and requests for more than 10 places
are unlikely to be filled.
If you would like to be put on the reserve list, in case other schools cancel,
please contact Mrs Felicity Footer at felicity@hep.phy.cam.ac.uk.
