ATLAS SCT Macro-Assembly DAQ downloads
The various DAQ releases are collected on this page. Source Releases will
require building, for which instructions will be provided. The Binary Releases
are pre-compiled on the supported platform.

Release 3.2.RC1 (14th January 2005)
A release candidate incorporating bug fixes to 3.01 and extensions that were found necessary during the assembly of Barrel III in Oxford during the last months of 2004.

Release 3.01 (31st July 2004)
A bug-fix release -- like Release 3.0 but with a few updates. The main change
is in the Noise Occupancy scan. After a few false starts, this version seems
to be OK and should probably be used in preference to 3.0.

Release 3.0 (15th July 2004)
This is the third publicly advertised release of the DAQ. There is no precompiled
release based on the 2.95 compiler.

Release 2.1 (16 December 2003)
This is the second publicly-advertised release of the DAQ. It includes
a number of significant improvements over 2.01 - new DSP code with speed
and reliability enhancements and a number of bugs fixed. The binary releases
have been compiled under gcc 3.2 (recommended for use) and 2.95 (retained
for compatibility). In future it is likely that only the gcc 3.2 will be
actively supported.

Release 2.01 (9 December 2003)
This is the first publicly-advertised release of the DAQ - earlier releases
are therefore not made available via this page.
2.01 is a bug-fix release - the Noise Occupancy scan should now produce
reasonable results, and a problem with threads in the Archiving Service
has been fixed.
