Notes:

0. data value "x" ignored
1. Only low 7 bits used: higher bits ignored
2. for DACs 6&7 equivalent to loading 1000hex. For others, equivalent
to loading 0000hex. This reflects the use to which channels are put.
3. N=0:5 ... 13 bit unsigned data
N=6,7 ... 13 bit signed offset binary
N=8 ... 12 bit unsigned data
4. DAC8 always updates when loaded
5. Does Power Off and Clear All DACs
6. D[11:0] is result of last conversion in 12 bit signed offset binary.
D[15:13] are status bits (=0 if OK)
7. The channel selection is incremented by 1. Counts in modulo 32dec.
8. RMxSel and RMxEns are diagnostic features not intended for general
use.
